Mission Statement<\/h3>\n

The purpose of the chapter shall be to expand access to higher education for students of Lake Worth Community High School, Lake Worth, Florida by promoting the Dollars For Scholars (DFS) program, developing an operational structure, raising funds for student aid distribution, and distributing awards on a fair and nondiscriminatory basis. The chapter shall operate in a manner consistent with the policies and procedures of Scholarship America.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>

Lake Worth High School Seniors<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are excited to announce that seniors with a\u00a02.5 GPA<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0or higher can log on to\u00a0https:\/\/scholarshipamerican.org<\/a> to create an account and start their application beginning November 11, 2021.\u00a0 The deadline to complete your portion of the application is March 11, 2022.\u00a0\u00a0This allows one week for your counselor to complete their portion before the final deadline of March 25, 2022. You will need your A14 screen and SAT\/ACT scores to complete the student portion.\u00a0 You will also need the \u201cEFC\u201d from your completed FAFSA to finish your application.\u00a0 Go to www.fafsa.gov<\/a>\u00a0to complete the FAFSA.<\/p>\n
